Every pool and club that offers lane swimming or hosts a swimming gala needs to have a backstroke (turn indicator) flag at each end of the pool. Therefore why not take ownership of your backstroke flag and promote your swimming club, swimming pool and/or your sponsor with an all over printed backstroke flag for your pool.
Where Used
Backstroke flags are suspended 5 meters from each end of the pool and act as a clear indication to swimmers that the end of the pool a looming.
Make Up
Our backstroke flag pennants are made from a soft PVC and can be printed with any design and colour you wish. The pennants are sewn to a strong and durable polyester header tape. 1 to 2 metre ties are included to each end of the Backstroke Flag length with which secure to the poles positioned each side of the pool.
Sizes
We offer 2 sizes of pennants. The first is our Standard 20 x 30cm pennant which is more than adequate for non-competition swimming pools. The second option are for pennants sized to conform to FINA regulations.
Backstroke flags come in 5 metre incremental lengths as follows: 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m and 30m long.

Design
Up to 3 differently designed pennants (or plain coloured pennants) can be printed in sequence along the Backstroke Flag length. Any design can be printed.
Lead time
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your artwork approval and order.
Artwork
If you wish to proceed, please provide good quality artwork file of 300 dpi (preferably a Vector file in .pdf or .eps or Illustrator format) or a high resolution .jpeg file for your logo/design and a description as to how you would like it to be shown on each pennant.
We will then provide you with a visual image (for approval) to show how your artwork will look when printed onto the pennant.
